Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

■ Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations Due to Customer Preferences

As our products are made to order after each purchase, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to customer preferences.
Examples include, but are not limited to:

- Incorrect size
- Different impression from what was expected
- Ordering mistakes

For the same reason, cancellations cannot be accepted once payment is completed.
Note: Cancellation is possible before payment is confirmed.

■ Exchanges Due to Our Error

If the product you received is defective or differs from your order, we will exchange it for the correct item.
Applicable cases include:

- Product defects (e.g., damage, stains, sewing issues)
- Receiving an item that differs from your order

We apologize for the short notice, but due to processing requirements with our production partners, we kindly ask that you notify us within 5 days.
Please note that the product must be unused and all tags and accessories must be intact.

In cases where the exchange is due to our error, we will cover all associated shipping costs.

Even in the case of defective or incorrect products, we offer exchanges only—refunds are not available.
We appreciate your understanding that we do not offer refunds as a general policy.

■ Cases Where Exchanges Cannot Be Accepted

We are unable to accept exchanges in the following cases:

- The item has already been used
- The item is returned without prior notice
- The item is not returned to us
