For the same reason, cancellations cannot be accepted once payment has been completed.
Note: Cancellation is possible before payment is finalized.
2. Cases Due to Our Responsibility
We will offer an exchange in the following cases:
- The item received is defective (e.g., damage, stains, sewing errors)
- The item received is different from the one ordered
Exchange Request Period:
If you are requesting an exchange due to our fault, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the item.
We apologize for the short timeframe, but we kindly ask for your cooperation as this is required for processing with our manufacturer.
Shipping Fees for Exchange:
In such cases, we will bear the cost of return shipping.
Refunds:
Even in the event of a defective or incorrect item, we offer exchanges only, not refunds.
We appreciate your understanding.
Cases Where Exchanges Cannot Be Accepted:
- If the item has already been used
- If the item is returned without prior notice
- If the item is not returned to us
